Zero Hunger Travelling Exhibit

SERVICES: Branding, Exhibit Design, UX/UI, & Packaging Design

SOFTWARES: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, SketchUp & Photoshop

The travelling exhibit, "Zero Hunger, Zero Waste: Nourishing Communities," aims to educate high school students about SDG 2—Zero Hunger—by encouraging community involvement, budget-friendly shopping practices, and strategies to reduce food waste. It addresses critical issues such as rising grocery prices while promoting support for food banks and sustainable farming. As the project leader, I contributed to the exhibit's layout design using SketchUp 3D modelling, created packaging for mock grocery produce, and played a role in branding. Other team members focused on designing the self-checkout UI, a customized receipt with recipe suggestions, mission cards, food labels, and additional branding elements. The exhibit also includes posters on donation bins and highlights the food sustainability initiatives of Halifax’s Public Library.
